Welcome, and thank you for visiting!
I am Yeobin Yoon, a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Administration at Pennsylvania State University. My research investigates how collaborative governance and organizational dynamics shape the performance of public institutions. I focus on the conditions under which diverse organizations can work together effectively to improve the delivery of public services.
My research interests span Public Administration, Public Management, Organizational Theory, Collaborative Governance, Quantitative Methods, and Comparative Studies. I approach these areas with an emphasis on understanding both the structures and processes that enable cooperation across sectors.
My academic training includes public policy, economics, and cultural studies, which provides me with a broad analytical foundation. This interdisciplinary background equips me to address complex questions in governance with both conceptual depth and methodological rigor. My overarching goal is to advance scholarship that connects theory with practice and to contribute insights that strengthen the field of public administration.
